Get Back on the Right Track

Substance Abuse Professional Evaluation in Texas

As Featured In

A clear path getting back on track.

As a certified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) qualified through NAADAC, it’s my job to help you clear a path to get back to work.

What does that mean?

You’ve likely landed on this corner of the internet because you’ve violated a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol program regulation. From here, you’ll need to acquire an evaluation from an SAP (AKA me) to provide recommendations, and create a plan to get you back to work and thriving.

It’s time to create an action plan and take the next steps. Today is day 1, so let’s get started!

Get back to work with an SAP Assessment.

Your SAP assessment is conducted in a judgment-free environment.

Through the findings of your assessment, I’ll provide recommendations to your employer such as education, treatment, follow-up testing, and aftercare.

The recommendations I provide may include residential treatment, outpatient treatment, Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, therapy, etc.

What you say in your session is confidential and will not be shared with your employers. Only my recommendations will be shared with your employer.

Do You Need an SAP?

If you….

  • Are in a safety sensitive position and have violated the DOT substance use policy, and/or have been directed by your employer to complete a SAP assessment.

  • Have failed a drug test while holding a ‘safety sensitive’ job and have a violation and “Return to duty” process entered in the Clearinghouse.

  • Are in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Federal Transit Administration (FTA), United States Coast Guard (USCG), or Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), and have failed a drug test.

  • Are subject to CFR 49 Part 40.

If so, you are likely required to complete an SAP assessment, and follow a recommended program by an SAP.

Yes there’s a one-time fee for the assessment.

What’s it worth to get your life back on track, your income, and livelihood back to where it was?

What’s it worth to have your family feeling more stable again and at peace?

What’s it worth to have this taken care of, get solutions and next steps, and a way to move forward from what’s happened?
